Melissa, question since you put this on the web page do no longer need to fill one out by hand?? Do you find this valuable?

You still need to hand it in to Anne-Marie's mailbox. This is just so the students working with faculty members or not in the office can print the form out rather than making 2 trips to the Mtn.Serve Office. Do you find this valuable?
