The Yost Center is headed the Clinton County Housing Authority. The Yost Center serves as a community center for the residents living in Lock Haven’s low-income housing area. An after school program is held for the children who live in the housing district at the Yost Center. Students range in age from 5-13, and they receive homework help and other educational programming.
